Shipping Policy


All orders are subject to approval and verification, which may affect processing times. Shipping and delivery estimates are based on internal processing, location, and dates provided by the shipping service. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds, or other external third parties are outside of our control.

Standard delivery is complimentary for orders $75 or more. 
Domestic Shipping: $7.00
Expedited Domestic Shipping: $20.00
International Shipping: $15.00
Expedited Domestic Shipping: $25.00


Once your order is fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can also select to receive updates via text (SMS) or the Shop App after you place your order. Please allow between 1-2 business days to receive tracking updates in real-time. If you are having an issue with your tracking number please contact Customer Care. The tracking number will inform you of the exact delivery date.  
EDITCODE.CO is not responsible for any misplaced, stolen or non-accepted packages. If the address provided during checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number states your order as delivered  - we are not held responsible. Stolen, lost or non-accepted packages are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Care and we will try our best to assist you with this matter. 
Cancellations or updates to an order will not be accepted after the 24 hour grace period.

All USA orders are shipped standard via USPS. International shipping methods vary by location. Please check your tracking number for further details.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 10 business days of when your order was received. You must obtain a return authorization form before proceeding. Please contact Customer Care to obtain the form. Once you receive authorization, the unused merchandise must be shipped to us within 5 business days of return approval. Once we receive your items, a refund will be issued to the same payment method, in which the order was purchased. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. 

We will not accept returns without a completed return authorization form. 

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Digital Gift Cards
  • Merchandise with make-up stains
  • Merchandise without attached tags¬†
  • Merchandise that appear worn or smell of perfume
  • Merchandise purchased during a promotional sale period

Edit Code accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, or unused merchandise only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method. For hygienic reasons, all lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, bodysuits, undergarments, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. 

If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Customer Care.


Orders made with a discount or promo code are non-refundable, this includes our first time order discount. Codes can not be applied after checkout and can not be applied to past or previous orders.


Orders placed during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Holiday Season promotional events are final. We will not process any returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Due to very high volume in orders, shipping during times may vary from normal company policy.
